Maintain balance sheet account schedules.
Participate in annual budget preparations, year end financial statements and workpapers for tax accounting.
Review month-end financials and make adjusting entries as necessary; assemble month-end reporting packages for assigned properties including financial synopsis.
Assist in annual CAM reconciliation.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations, and security deposit accounting at tenant move out.
Review and approve invoices for weekly payment.
Prepare partner cash calls.
Generate monthly rent charges, and ad-hoc charges to tenants and other parties as necessary
Generate reports for asset management purposes to include cash-flow projections, capital spending, rent roll, etc.
Monitor outstanding receivables and communicate collection efforts with management, record tenant and miscellaneous receipts

Reliable, analytical, and able to communicate effectively with multiple levels of management, clients, investors and staff
Accounting software experience, Yardi experience is preferred, but not required.
Real Estate tax accounting experience.
Detail-oriented and possess sharp business acumen.
Superior oral and written communication skills
The ability to adapt and excel in changing environments.
The ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once.
3-5 years of accounting experience with multiple entities.
Advanced Excel experience
Bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited institution or the equivalent professional work experience
