• Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage in end-to-end AI-enabled project delivery: requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and business adoption.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Mentor junior professionals in best practices and application development methodologies.

Requirements

• Ability to bridge technical AI concepts with business goals, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Hands-on experience in GenAI (LLMs, embeddings, vector databases) and Agentic AI applications (multi-agent systems, planning, reasoning) – demonstrated through project implementations
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management. - Strong understanding of application development frameworks and methodologies. - Experience with integration of SAP MM with other SAP modules. - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with database management and data modeling techniques. - Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management."""

• Strong fundamental knowledge of AI lifecycle, data analysis, statistical concepts of ML algorithms (supervised and unsupervised learning) and AI concepts of NN (Neural Networks) and NLP (Natural Language Processing)
• Solid grasp of prompt engineering, AI evaluation frameworks, value realization in AI projects
