  • Be communication liaison for the design and site teams including key documentation and handover information.
  • Ensure company and project information management protocols and procedures are followed (including but not limited to the IMP and BEP).
  • Support the design team ensuring all design information is controlled and maintained in a methodical manner within our CDE and issued within set time scales.
  • Contribute to the set-up, implementation and development of our CDE.
  • Assist with transferring documentation from SharePoint to our CDE and support Teams with documentation uploads.
  • Carry out quality assurance checks on project deliverables in accordance with project document control procedure.
  • Support the relevant Teams with the workflow process, RDD, RFI, Change Control and linking information to virtual containers within our CDE, to ensure all is up-to-date and completed before Internal/External auditing.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders providing support and guidance with the use of Viewpoint for Projects (VfP) and Field View (FV).
  • Build effective working relationships with all members of the site team, up to and including Director level.
  • Act as the gatekeeper and administrator for deliverable exchange between OAK and Client (includes tracking and capturing of client issued comments/responses).

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work and communicate with all members of the site team and the wider team if required.
  • Aware of individual Health and Safety responsibilities and adheres to company health and safety policy and procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge and experience of using Viewpoint for Projects is essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • A highly organised approach to work.
  • Relevant degree and/or experience of working in information management or related field.
  • Knowledge and experience of using Viewpoint Field View is essential.
  • The ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
  • Fully conversant with the Microsoft suite of packages i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other desktop publishing software packages.
  • Willingness to undertake relevant professional qualifications.
  • Knowledge and/or experience of the Document Control Process at operational level.
  • The ability to effectively and proactively co-ordinate multiple activities under pressure.
