What you would be doing

  • You will conduct comprehensive desk studies to evaluate potential plant modifications
  • Maintain and expertly service plant equipment to ensure optimal functionality and diagnose issues with plant instrumentation systems
  • Ensure all operations meet safety and efficiency standards
  • Develop and implement operational procedures and processes and support the transition to a paperless working environment
  • Optimise existing plant items for enhanced performance and oversee replacement of outdated or faulty equipment
  • You will analyse the plant performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Lead cross-functional projects to drive successful plant operations and manage installation of new plant equipment and systems

  • Degree level qualification in an Engineering or Science discipline e.g. Process Engineering / Mechanical/Electrical Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Control & Instrumentation Engineering, Physics or Chemistry (To be achieved by September 2026)

  • Candidates must hold a full UK driving licence
  • Creative problem-solving and a passion for trying new ideas
  • Willingness to travel to training locations and potentially (if in a rotational role) relocate for role requirements
