Implement Commercial, sales strategies, policies and processes in order to exceed sales in the respective target Accounts and target markets within the UAE, GCC and internationally. This includes managing front and back-office team, generating leads, harvesting them, logging details in Salesforce and facilitating offers and securing contracts.
Execution of Sales Contract
- Participate in initiatives for innovation and continuous improvement in pursuit of greater productivity
- Review complex contract /orders and ensure accepted in line with company policy
- Identifying and managing business opportunities from Strategic Customers (Platinum Customers)
- Review and update open Orders and Metal booking s. Ensure periodic reminders are send to customers on open metal and ready material
- Review and ensure team adhere to pricing guidelines as per RAM (Responsibility & Authority Manual) during development of contracts.
- Support the implementation of the Ducab risk management system to identify and assess relevant risks from a targeted Accounts sales perspective and recommend measures to manage and mitigate identified risks
- Facilitate Order Execution & Credit Control team for timely payments and debt recovery in line with the agreed contract
- Negotiating and supporting team in closing deals
- Developing relationships with customers at multiple levels.
- Ensuring Intra team collaboration for successfully identifying, closing and executing projects across various regions.
- Lead and Manage team, monitor the performance of sales team to spot areas that require improvement
- Monitor and review Pipeline, UEO, order intake, invoicing and receivables
- Support implementation of the regional budgets and action plans
- Review and ensure accurate data by team in Commercial and other core systems (CRMs, ERPs, etc.)
- Provide customer feedback on pricing of products and solutions and prepare pricing strategy for segment/region.
- Support determination of inventory levels and product mix needed to support forecasted sales for the respective target Accounts within a customer segment and region
- Ensure compliance to RAM, Policies and Procedures defined in QSP
- Nurture Ducab’s relationship with customers through appropriate interface.
- Provide Management with accurate and timely Sales performance reports for each set of Accounts within a customer segment and region, as required
- Ensure utilization of digital tools available to support region management including the use of Salesforce by updating all activities with respect to opportunities
- Contribute to the development of the Commercial, Sales and Ordering policies, business processes and operating procedures and implement them when approved.
- Address issues related to pricing, commercial terms and conditions, delivery, and resolution of customer complaints

Experience: 8 to 10 years of professional sales experience
- All exceptional high value opportunities /tender approvals to be routed through DTR.
- Due diligence to ensure correct information on customer, project, region or pricing is communicated or recorded within the Ducab system.
- Effective daily use of Salesforce Customer Relationship Management tools to manage all aspects of the account relationship and build sustainable relationships throughout the customer organization, as well as within our organization.
