The EPX program at DLR Group gives each intern a design voice through participation in charrettes, client meetings, project reviews, and detailed building work. Interns gain hands‑on experience on projects of varying scale and phase, and may also contribute to business development, marketing pursuits, event planning, or future design service ideas.
The paid, full‑time Summer Internship runs from May 19 through August 7, 2026, and interns are expected to be engaged for the entire period. This role provides a unique chance to grow, learn, and contribute to the firm’s mission of Elevating the Human Experience.
