Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
Track record in securing profitable large-scale contracts and framework agreements.

Eligibility to work in the UK; minimum age 18 compliant with health & safety legislation.
Extensive estimating experience (typically 5+ years) in construction, with proven success in managing major tenders.

Chartered status or actively working towards professional accreditation (e.g. MRICS, MCIOB).
