This is an opportunity to play a key role in integrating professional insight into AI tools-delivering faster, more consistent, and high-quality solutions that protect communities and enable growth.
You will be a digitally minded Senior or Principal Flood Risk Consultant who wants to lead the next evolution of flood risk management. You'll help shape the company's products and services, working closely with founders to refine outputs, review assessments, and provide expert consultancy to clients.
In this role, you'll be working with Lead Local Flood Authorities to build advanced tools that streamline planning reviews, and developing an AI platform that delivers high-quality, site-specific Flood Risk Assessments (FRAs) for developers and planners.
- Advise clients, consultants, and regulators
- Shape their flood risk product offering

- Hydraulic modelling experience an advantage (e.g. Flood Modeller, TUFLOW, InfoDrainage)
- Chartered CIWEM or CEng (MICE) status (or equivalent)
- 6+ years' experience in FRA, drainage, and SuDS in England
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
