Partner with internal experts in the development and delivery of product knowledge, training, and materials.
Continuously develop and implement training content. Develop measures to ensure training is uniformly applied and successful across RBA. Partner with local managers as needed.
Assist in developing and facilitating classes for the network.
Design and facilitate Training Modules that can be delivered remotely and on-site.

Experience in public speaking, leading training sessions, and developing effective training strategies.
8 or more years relevant business experience to include a minimum of 4 years of experience in training development, including curriculum design and facilitation.
Strong background in training development and facilitation
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Willingness to travel up to 40%
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to energize and influence others
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Customer-focused mindset with a strong orientation toward results
Proficiency in data analysis and leveraging analytics to drive training outcomes
