Build and lead the customer lifecycle strategy from onboarding through retention, and advocacy.
Oversee execution of customer-facing campaigns including newsletters, nurture flows, and webinars.
Collaborate with customer events and partnerships to define program outcomes and drive customer engagement across these channels.
Lead customer education programs that increase adoption and help users get more value from the platform.
Align Customer Marketing outcomes to shared company KPIs across retention, adoption, NPS, and expansion revenue.

Develop scalable expansion workflows, campaigns and messaging for upsell and cross-sell opportunities that drive demand for our Accounts Payable and Professional Services offerings in partnership with Customer Success and Customer Growth teams.
Coordinate customer communications to ensure clarity, timing, and consistency.
Partner with Marketing and Revenue to implement the tooling, segmentation, and automation needed for personalized lifecycle marketing.
Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Services to align goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
Use customer insights and usage data to identify opportunities and guide decisions.

7-10 years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle/retention marketing, or related roles within a B2B SaaS environment is required. Construction technology industry experience is a plus!
4+ years of management/leadership experience managing and developing high performing teams.
Expertise in segmentation, automation, CRM systems, and lifecycle measurement frameworks.
Ability to create cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, or equivalent experience is required.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to create clarity, alignment, and momentum across diverse teams.
Strong understanding of SaaS customer journey and lifecycle metrics.
