The Assistant Manager – Geospatial Data is responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and visualizing geospatial information to support master planning, land development, infrastructure projects, and executive decision-making. By utilizing datasets from the Geospatial Data Bank (infrastructure, transportation, satellite imagery) and the Land Bank (plots, ownership records, master plans), the role produces insights, maps, dashboards, and analytical models that drive both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational decisions across the organization.
- Work closely with planners, engineers, surveyors, legal, and finance teams to provide geospatial insights that enhance project delivery.
- Create scenario-based visualizations to support strategic planning and operational reviews.
- Use geospatial modelling techniques to identify patterns, trends, and risks that inform planning and development strategies.
- Ensure analytical outputs meet accuracy, reliability, and quality standards.
- Perform advanced GIS analyses (e.g., network analysis, land use optimization, encroachment checks, accessibility studies, infrastructure impact assessments)
- Support reconciliation of land-related data with authority records (DLD, DM, DDA).
- Provide monitoring insights through change detection, spatial trend analysis, and infrastructure performance assessments.
- Conduct spatial analysis of infrastructure datasets (utilities, transportation, environment) and satellite imagery.
- Provide analytical outputs in clear, actionable formats (maps, dashboards, models) for internal teams and stakeholders.
- Analyze land ownership, residual plots, gifted lands, volumetric subdivisions, and master community areas.
- Prepare geospatial reports, studies, and presentations to support executive decision-making and authority submissions.
- Develop high-quality maps, dashboards, and thematic layers to visualize land ownership, master plans, infrastructure networks, and satellite imagery.
- Support management with ad-hoc geospatial analysis and strategic recommendations.
