Responsible for scanning and uploading job files into Revver
Organizing and maintaining physical file systems, and managing year-end file transitions, including archiving documents to storage and shredding materials that are no longer required. We maintain a seven-year file retention process onsite.
Answer phones, greet visitors, sort/distribute mail, and manage general inboxes.

Office/admin experience required; HVAC/distribution experience is a plus.
