Tasks

-Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle. -Ensure all commercial activities align with company policies and audit requirements. -Oversee procurement and subcontractor agreements, ensuring clarity and compliance. -Manage head contract obligations, variations, and claims to protect the business. -Mentor and support commercial staff, fostering a high-performing team culture. -Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. -Monitor project costs, forecasts, and financial reporting to support decision-making. -Lead all commercial aspects of the project, ensuring financial performance and risk mitigation.
