Must be proficient with MS Office or google apps. 3 - 5 years of related work experience.
Learn to operate and control electric motors, pumps, and valves to regulate flow of water into treatment facilities.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Learn to perform all scheduled maintenance, service, and new installations of water treatment equipment.
Willingness to travel and learn from several styles of treatment facilities while training across the United States
On an individual basis, study for either the physical/chemical or biological wastewater certification exam. (Training material is provided)
Will require travel to several locations outside of the area that you originally applied for. Travel could be anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks away from home to learn new treatment processes.
Mechanical background is preferred
Learn to troubleshoot problems within client’s wastewater treatment equipment and coordinate repairs as necessary.
Could be as much as 75% travel away from home to learn new wastewater treatment processes/systems.
Be able to work different shifts (days, evenings, nights) as well as length of shifts (8 to 12 hrs).
