Carry out project coordination or project management tasks, including project planning, scheduling, financial controls, monthly reporting and deliverable tracking

Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate work to meet required deadlines while complying with procedures and best practices
AREMA, CN Rail, CPKC Rail or other Class 1 experience are considered an asset
6+ years of experience in design and engineering of bridge and other transportation structures including culvert projects
Experience with CSI Bridge, SAP2000 or Midas Civil modelling software
Familiarity with the Canadian Highway Bridge Design Code (CHBDC), BC Supplement to the CHBDC, AASHTO and other bridge design codes
Seismic design knowledge is considered an asset
University Degree in Engineering or Civil Engineering.
P.Eng. registration or the ability to become registered in the province of Alberta.
Outstanding interpersonal communication skills (both oral and written), with the ability to interact effectively within all levels of the organization in a collaborative fashion
Construction inspection, construction administration and familiarity with condition ratings are considered assets
Experience managing multiple tasks while maintaining a high degree of attention to detail in a demanding consulting environment
Successful participation in and completion of multi-disciplined bridge projects
Experience with Tender document preparation and interpretation based on different government agencies (MMCD, Schedule 3, Schedule 7, etc.)
Experience in new design and rehabilitation design of bridges, culverts, and other civil structures.
