Tasks

-Support the development and delivery of internal communications plans for Canadian business sectors and corporate teams. -Draft and edit engaging content for internal channels including newsletters, intranet, videos, and employee events. -Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness and suggest improvements. -Help coordinate internal campaigns and initiatives that promote our culture, values, and strategic priorities. -Collaborate with subject matter experts to simplify and communicate technical or strategic information. -Stay informed about internal communications trends and best practices. -Assist in organizing and promoting employee engagement activities and recognition events.

-Creativity and attention to detail. -Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills. -Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. -Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, Teams, and Viva Engage. -Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or in a related field. -Strong writing and editing skills in French and English; English proficiency is a strong asset. -2–4 years of experience in internal communications or a related communication role.
