  • Act as a representative for Human Factors, both within SYSTRA and externally.
  • Undertake client and site visits as required.
  • Maintain competencies to industry standards.
  • Support the successful delivery of projects and workstreams.
  • Delivery of Human Factors analyses and activities, working in coordination with other technical disciplines.
  • Plan and write technical deliverables.

  • Relevant degree in approproate discipline, i.e. Ergonomics, Human Factors, Psychology.
  • Working knowledge of performance influencing factors in work systems.
  • User-centred design approach.
  • Methods to identify user requirements, e.g. workshops, focus groups, interviews, observations.
  • Methods to identify change impact, e.g. Task analyses, workload assessments, human error and reliability assessments.
  • Chartered, or working towards accreditation with a relevant body, e.g. CIEHF.
  • Relevant experience in a Human Factors role, or similar.
