Ensure design consistency across touchpoints—adhering to brand guidelines, visual standards and production specifications.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously; prepare files for hand-off to print, vendors, or web developers.
Develop and maintain reusable design templates and systems to ensure efficiency and consistency.
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop design briefs, gather input, and translate business/brand objectives into visual ideas.
Lead ideation sessions; propose creative concepts and visual strategies that solve communication challenges and align with brand voice and guidelines.
Design layouts for a variety of outputs: digital banners, social media posts, email campaigns, print collateral, signage and presentations.
Create motion graphics/animation for digital use (e.g., social animations, gifs, motion infographics, lower thirds) using tools such as After Effects or equivalent.
