  • Manage project execution, ensuring adherence to plans and schedules
  • Define project objectives, scope, timelines, milestones, resources
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks that could impact project delivery
  • Create and maintain all project documentation pertinent to each project, including but not limited to status reports, work plans, presentations, analysis, and facilitation events.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical and business stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations
  • Build project teams (directly and indirectly) and actively coordinate team members to maximize productivity and project velocities
  • Oversee planning, execution, delivery, adoption, and handoff of technology products
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed successfully
  • Communicate progress, risks, and escalations appropriately to relevant stakeholders including various levels of the organization, multiple departments, and business units.
  • Collaborate and build relationships with all stakeholders – including senior executives, sponsors, business owners, clients, and field operators.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and facilitate change within a project, departments, operational teams, or across corporate departments.
  • Allocate budgets, personnel, and other resources to project teams
  • Develop and execute Waterfall and Agile project plans as required to support project goals, adapt approach and project management methodology as needed to ensure project success

  • Strong ability to influence, collaborate, and manage across a highly matrixed organization.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (up to 50%).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Smartsheet and Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with facilities management or related industries preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree (MBA or MAC) preferred.
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Scrum, and/or Agile certifications strongly preferred.
  • Skilled at balancing multiple priorities with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing change management strategies.
  • Experience with a Big 4 consulting firm highly valued.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, ideally with enterprise-level, technical, or organizational change initiatives.
  • Advanced business analysis and problem-solving capabilities for complex operational challenges.
