Ledcor’s mining team brings over seventy years of experience to projects ranging from mine reclamation and engineering to tailings dam construction, plant building and full‑scale contract mining. The HS&E Coordinator reports to the Manager, HS&E and leads the application of professional health, safety and environment practices at assigned sites, offering expert advice to operations teams and clients while supporting HS&E personnel. This site‑based role requires travel to multiple locations and operates with minimal supervision.
Candidates must have at least one year of practical HS&E experience in the mining industry, strong knowledge of MSHA regulations and 30 CFR, and MSHA instructor (Blue Card) credentials are advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, persuasive communication skills to influence stakeholders, and the ability to meet pre‑access requirements such as a clean driver’s abstract and drug screening are required.
