Keep work area and equipment clean by collecting and disposing of scrap and excess materials.
Properly follow all company policies and OSHA regulations for safe working procedures and the environment.
Observe the distribution of paving material to adjust machine settings or material flow and indicate low spots for workers to add material.
Operate heavy equipment in compliance with the company's operating safety policies and procedures
Ensure company equipment and materials are maintained, kept clean, and stored in a safe manner
Proactively communicate with foreman, superintendent, and coworkers
Check filters and grease equipment
