Assist with day-to-day tier 1 support of end users and their Windows and iOS devices and apps, working on the phone, through chat, or email to resolve issues.
Help develop and maintain end-user-facing documentation in the areas of how-to guides and problem resolution.
Assist with maintaining the inventory of laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Work closely with other User Services team members and with other IT teams if a support request requires escalation.
Respond to, update, and resolve support tickets in our ITSM ticketing system.
Assist in upgrading client devices to the latest version of Windows 11.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Onboard new users, which includes imaging laptop hardware, configuring accounts, installing applications, and provisioning mobile devices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information clearly and effectively.
