Technical Lead

Description

You’ll lead the evolution of an enterprise Dynamics 365 data platform, blending architecture, development, and technical leadership. This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to the code while also shaping long-term platform strategy.

• Lead technical decisions across data architecture, automation, and system design
• Collaborate closely with product, data, IT, and engineering teams
• Mentor developers and raise the technical bar across the platform
• Stay current with emerging technologies, including AI-driven platform capabilities
• Build integrations using Azure Functions, APIs, and middleware
• Translate real business needs into scalable, well-architected systems
• Write and review clean, maintainable code (C#, JavaScript, SQL)
• Own the technical design and delivery of Dynamics 365–based enterprise solutions
• Design workflows, forms, data models, and automation that actually work in the real world

• Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Proven experience integrating enterprise systems at scale
• Strong understanding of workflow automation, business process design, and data modeling
• Strategic thinker who enjoys solving ambiguous problems
• Background in energy, utilities, grid systems, or Virtual Power Plants (VPP) is a big plus
• 6+ years in enterprise software engineering, CRM/ERP development, or platform architecture
• Experience with Azure services, especially Azure Functions
• Comfort owning architecture — not just configuring tools
