Carry out legal research using Lexis Nexis, Land Registry, Companies House and other sources as appropriate

Track new matters and fees within case management software and on spreadsheets
Actively participate in improvements to service and feedback on projects and changes made
Assist the team in meeting and exceeding its objectives as outlined in its service level agreement
