The operator will load and unload ROCKWOOL products from pallets, skids, trucks and other transport sources, ensuring accurate labeling and no product damage. They will maintain inventory accuracy through physical counts, discrepancy investigations and corrective adjustments. Equipment maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and acting as the first line of defense for mechanical issues are also part of the role, along with supporting production targets and order fulfillment in a fast‑paced team environment.
Candidates must have at least two years of experience operating a forklift, clamp truck, or pallet jack. Experience in a continuous‑flow manufacturing or industrial setting and familiarity with automated equipment is preferred, as is prior use of SAP. Strong organizational, analytical, and basic computer skills are also required.
