  • Maintain excellent standards of customer service with all project managers, approvers, and vendors.
  • Research purchase orders, vendor payments, and outstanding issues.
  • Monitoring of AP inbox.
  • Process various batches with minimal supervision and a high level of accuracy, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Ensure that all transactions comply with the department’s policies and procedures.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with intermediate experience with Excel.
  • Ability to accurately enter a high volume of data.
  • Experience with accounting software, Viewpoint a plus.
