Senior Manager – Strategy & Execution (B2C)

Description

Dubai Holding is looking to hire a Senior Manager – Strategy & Execution (B2C) reporting to the Senior Vice President – Strategy & Execution. The role holder will be responsible for supporting the design and delivery of interconnected consumer experiences that meet brand-specific needs while enabling cross-vertical synergies across hospitality, entertainment, real estate, and community management. The role translates strategic direction into actionable plans by coordinating requirements, preparing business cases, and managing assigned workstreams within the end-to-end project lifecycle. The role holder will ensure timely execution of initiatives including opportunity validation, implementation support, and performance tracking while fostering alignment between strategy, technology, and vertical priorities.

• Stay abreast of industry best practices and prepare recommendations to enable benchmarking.
• Assist in the design and implementation of initiatives aimed at cross-brand engagement, retention, and lifetime value, with a focus on execution of personalization, loyalty, and upsell activities.
• Apply project management tools and change management methodologies to support smooth implementation and business adoption
• Coordinate with technical teams and vendors to ensure integration activities, data flows, and platform configurations are delivered accurately and on time
• Monitor compliance, quality, and usability standards, escalating risks or issues to senior leadership when required
• Support the definition and rollout of the product and AI vision by coordinating requirements across business verticals such as hospitality, entertainment, real estate, and community management.
• Support roadmap execution by tracking milestones, preparing KPI dashboards, and reporting adoption and performance metrics.
• Identify underperforming features or processes through data review and propose improvement opportunities for leadership consideration.
• Manage assigned elements of AI- and data-powered products (e.g., loyalty programs, predictive guest experience engines, content recommendation tools etc.,) by gathering requirements, documenting features, and supporting testing
• Run A/B testing, collect analytics, and prepare insights to guide enhancements and investment decisions
• Prepare reports and communication materials to highlight the progress and impact of group-wide product and data initiatives
• Document lessons learned and facilitate knowledge sharing across brands and teams.
• Conduct research, prepare business cases, and validate use cases by gathering data, benchmarking competitors, and preparing presentations for leadership decision-making.
• Provide operational support for steering committees, workshops, and planning sessions, including logistics, data preparation, and documentation of outcomes
• Coordinate with business units to align project deliverables with group-wide ambitions, ensuring stakeholder requirements are captured and addressed

Requirements

Enterprise Product & Consumer Experience

• Positive leadership – Level 3
• Working knowledge of enterprise platforms such as Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, Accesso Ticketing and Palantir Foundry.
• Master’s degree (MBA, MSc in Real Estate, Strategy, or Data Analytics) from a recognised institution.
• Exposure to integrating AI-driven consumer products with enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, Acquia, Webflow, Tabby, Magnati, ticketing systems, and call centre solutions).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, data science, or related fields with a strong foundation in technology-enabled product strategy
• Strategic Thinking - Level 3
• Ability to translate business use cases into data/features, coordinate data readiness with engineering, validate model outputs, monitor performance and drift, document guardrails and explainability in plain language.
• 6-8 years of professional experience in product management, innovation, or technology strategy roles, with proven delivery of cross-vertical initiatives in sectors such as hospitality, entertainment, real estate, or community management.
• Exposure of working in product lifecycle management including business case preparation, testing, rollout, and performance monitoring, with an emphasis on execution and continuous improvement.
• Hands-on experience contributing to the development and rollout of AI/ML-powered products and services, ideally in customer-facing environments
• Skilled in working within cross-functional teams and matrixed environments, collaborating with senior leaders, technical specialists, and external vendors to deliver project objectives on time and within budget.
