Manager - Business Reporting

This position is responsible for business development activities including pricing, landbank strategy and monitoring, data analysis, budgeting – all in line with the vision, mission and strategic objectives of the company.

• Conduct market research and produce benchmarking analysis to support recommended pricing
• Adhere to company policy and procedure and maintain confidentiality of all information.
• Analyze budget proposals, review expenditure patterns, and validate assumptions.
• Build a database of market benchmarks using internal and external data
• Assist in developing land bank strategy
• Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to drive data transparency, improve reporting processes, and support business objectives.
• Assist in the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts in coordination with various departments.
• Monitor actual performance against budget and highlight variances with root cause analysis.
• Assist in feasibility analysis and scenario analysis together with the Commercial & Strategy team members
• Assist in the preparation and consolidation of regular business reports and dashboards (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for Master Development projects.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Commercial and feasibility, Development, cost and budgeting, DHRE infra .) to gather accurate and up-to-date data for reporting.
• Coordinate with Cost Control and Budgeting teams to monitor expenditures, track budget adherence, analyze cost overruns, and forecast future financial needs.
• Maintain a database of external valuations to assist in informing decision making
• Monitor and track key milestones for development projects and report on progress to senior management.
• Support feasibility studies, financial models, and business cases for new development opportunities.
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management meetings.
• Develop/Co-develop pricing models and proposed pricing for land-bank.
• Analyze project performance against KPIs, budgets, and timelines; highlight variances and propose corrective actions.
• Act as key liaison between master development and Commercial & Strategy on landbank status and availability

• Strong analytical and numeric skills
• Problem solving skills.
• Proficiency of MS Office, Oracle System and Power BI
• Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in a similar field
• Good understanding of budgeting and reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, business, or a similar field (Master’s degree & MRICS is a plus)
