As a Construction Intern, you will learn the new‑home construction process within assigned communities, ensuring homes are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet customer quality expectations while gaining insight into the broader business strategy and participating in cross‑functional projects.
You will work closely with internal leaders across functional areas such as construction, land, marketing, operations, purchasing, finance, and human resources, translate classroom knowledge into practical applications, collaborate on projects addressing current business challenges, present recommendations to senior leadership, and write a paper on your experience or an assigned topic.
Candidates must operate with integrity, show passion, drive results, foster inclusion, ask questions, innovate, and pursue excellence.
