Facilitate dispute resolution
Material storage, handling and hoisting
Monitor and communicate the schedule for concrete work
Participate in pre-phase meetings and scheduled inspections
Assist with project closeout
Manage owner acceptance of the work
Monitor and enforce the comprehensive project safety & security program as defined in the company safety program and in accordance with all applicable safety codes and regulations
Review survey and layout; verify the work of others
Coordinate required inspections
Refine and implement the project’s Shaw 1-2-3 Quality Control program. Specifically:
Handle Job labor relations
Document project performance in Procore
Review submittals, RFI's, and any other documentation related to self-perform concrete
Coordinate labor & equipment plan, Material inventory and control, Budget, Code tracking and management
Coordinate and schedule the work of subcontractors
Coordinate as required the activities of inspection agencies
Refine and implement site planning, logistics and procedures for the execution of the works
Experience using Procore, scheduling software MS Project / P6 highly desired.
Bachelor degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is desired, but not required.
At least 5 years experience at the Superintendent level leading commercial concrete crews and/or working on commercial multi-family ground-up construction (Hospitals, Apartments, University Dorms, Hotels) with concrete knowledge/certifications from PTI and/or ACI.

Pay Range: $95,000 To $120,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
