The position requires a high school diploma or GED. One year of customer service, sales, or apartment leasing experience is preferred but not mandatory. A valid driver’s license is required; a Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP) accreditation is a plus.
The leasing office operates Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM and Saturdays 10:00 AM–4:00 PM, with one weekday off each week to maintain a 40‑hour schedule. Evening and weekend availability may be required for resident events or community needs.
Leasing Consultants receive hourly pay plus monthly leasing, renewal commissions, and incentive programs.
