Measure and cut appropriate size of sheet metal, as well as install preassemble duct
Use scribers, dividers, and squares to mark dimensions on materials.
Assisting with carrying material, grinding, chipping and any other basic duties' the Journeymen Sheet Metal worker may need
The Sheet Metal Helper will assist the Sheet Metal Mechanic/Installer to sketch for fabrication, fabricate, assemble, install, and repair sheet metal ducts.
Responsible for working with fiberglass, plastics, and other nonmetallic materials.

Experience working with hand tools and power tools
Strong working knowledge of job site safety
Experience in commercial duct installation is a plus.
General knowledge of piping and controls, AC install, retrofit, fiberboard is a plus
