The consultant will support pre‑sales activities, evaluate EHS product‑compliance software, and develop proposals based on client requirements. Responsibilities span the full project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, user‑acceptance support, rollout, and post‑implementation maintenance. The role also involves leading consultant teams, creating design documentation, migrating data, building custom reports and dashboards, and delivering training and knowledge‑transfer to clients and internal staff.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as IT, computer science, engineering, or chemical/environmental engineering. Candidates must have 5‑10 years of experience, including at least three full life‑cycle SAP Product Compliance implementations and two full‑cycle ECC or S/4HANA deployments. Strong knowledge of chemistry, product stewardship, and compliance, together with deep SAP expertise across specification databases, materials management, logistics and integration, is essential. Business process expertise in product stewardship, P2P, OTC and manufacturing is also required.
Preferred qualifications include project‑management certifications and experience in high‑tech or hard‑goods manufacturing. Expertise in SAP EHS Product Compliance architecture (WWI/GenPC, Expert, OCC/ADM, Cloud Loader) and content management (3E ERC+, SPRC, Yordis/Opesus) is valued. Technical skills such as ABAP, BTP, iDoc, ALE, APIs and related certifications, as well as familiarity with GTS, PLM and Sustainability Suite components, are considered a plus.
