Coach and build capabilities of our shop floor-based personnel including makers, supervisors, managers in new ways of working and problem solving
Drive operational improvement through the implementation of Lean standard tools and concepts such as Flow, Standard Work, 5S, Visual-Management, SMED, Poka-Yoke, PDCA, TPM, etc.
Work side-by-side manufacturing leaders to lead operational improvement workstream(s) that will require the development of a workstream charter, problem-solving and data analytics, a detailed work plan, and identification of operational and financial KPIs to measure progress of the improvement actions
Support codification of any newly developed approaches, methodologies, and results as part of our SPX program to standardize our ways in manufacturing sites
Solve complex problems at the macro level as well as at the line-level for our broader global manufacturing team

Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, global and domestic, travel % may vary based on business needs.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 2+ years of manufacturing experience in consumer goods or similar.
Critical thinking, problem-solving, analytics skills and strategy experience is a big plus.
Lean / CI methodologies experience in operations with Lean Six Sigma, TPM, or other process improvement certification.
Conversational skills in English and Spanish are desirable.
