- Participate in product level safety board reviews and in-service reviews with regulatory and airworthiness authorities
- Organize and lead cross-functional teams consisting of internal design, failure analysis, and customer services personnel to achieve timely investigation and resolution of gas turbine engine hardware issues, including communicating status to customers
- Act as the Product Maturity lead for AE to monitor reliability targets and performance against those targets, as well as provide reliability content for internal and external reviews
- Understand and monitor fleet reliability characteristics and coordinate with Service Engineering, Customer Managers, MRO Engineering, and airline customers to resolve technical issues
- Initiate technical publications changes required to support Rolls-Royce gas turbine engines, including Service Bulletins, Maintenance and Fault Isolation Manual revisions
- Provide engineering support at overhaul facilities and customer sites as required and identify opportunities for cost efficiencies throughout the engine product lifecycle
