The IT/OT Technical Service Delivery Manager will own end‑to‑end service delivery across multiple service sites, collaborating with global experts and customers to ensure reliable operations of critical automation systems. This role provides real influence, autonomy, and visibility over key IT/OT environments.
The position involves managing IT hardware and services that support production and test environments, including PLCs, servers, databases, application servers, operating systems, VISION applications, patching, antivirus deployment, database updates, and cybersecurity improvements.
The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and a drive for continuous improvement. A relevant bachelor’s degree, at least five years of experience in IT project or service management, knowledge of ITIL‑based frameworks, and familiarity with Java, C#, .NET, SQL/PL‑SQL, and Oracle are essential.
