The Survey Crew Chief will lead and manage crews to complete boundary, topographic, and construction staking surveys, while planning and organizing survey activities and selecting the best methods, procedures, and equipment for each project. Responsibilities include operating total stations, GPS and other instruments, collecting accurate field data, maintaining thorough field notes and documentation, and ensuring safety standards and compliance on all job sites. The role also involves mentoring junior crew members and staying current with new technologies, industry trends, and regulations.
