  • Monitor and report key reliability KPIs by analyzing asset performance data—including failure history, downtime, and work orders. Leverage CMMS and data analytics tools to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for reliability improvement
  • Lead reliability initiatives to improve equipment uptime, reduce reactive maintenance, and enhance operational performance. Support audits and compliance efforts by ensuring procedures, documentation, and data meet internal and client standards
  • Support maintenance strategy reviews and optimization efforts to align with industry best practices. Assist in root cause investigations and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurring failures. Conduct failure mode analyses and contributes to asset criticality assessments to guide maintenance priorities
  • Support capital planning with data-driven insights on asset condition, lifecycle risk, and performance trends, applying maintenance expertise to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize investment decisions
  • Collaborate with site operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to implement reliability improvements and ensure alignment with client goals

  • Exceptional spelling, grammar, and proofreading abilities
  • Strong written and verbal command of the English language required
  • Familiarity with SmartSheet and the Microsoft Power Suite—including Power BI and Power Automate—is desirable
  • Experienced with CMMS and SharePoint platforms for asset management and document collaboration
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including macros, Power Query, pivot tables, formula creation, and troubleshooting
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Engineering (preferably Reliability, Industrial, or a related discipline) from an accredited college or university; or 5 to 7 years of relevant engineering experience and/or specialized training in reliability or industrial engineering; or an equivalent combination of education and practical engineering experience
  • Lean/SixSigma certification is strongly preferred; Ability to achieve Green Belt certification within 12 months
  • Ability to quickly understand and apply technical concepts
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in applying the concepts of Continuous Improvement (Lean/SixSigma) in a manufacturing facility and or commercial office maintenance environment
  • Customer-focused mindset, committed to meeting internal customer expectations and resolving quality issues
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license. Ability to travel to Canada (valid Passport) preferred
  • CMMS platform experience required, Corrigo preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, demonstrating respect for coworkers, vendors, and clients
  • Proactive and able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple deadlines
  • Maintenance program experience is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, organizational, and self-management skills
