Support implementation of new mapping technologies and software tools that enhance data accuracy and turnaround
Offer feedback from field operations to improve digital data capture and delivery methods
Lead efforts to streamline internal GIS and CAD data workflows, integrating client-provided drawings, survey data, and field results into enterprise GIS systems

Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and QGIS (experience with Revit, ArcGIS, or LiDAR processing preferred)
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
5+ years of experience in geospatial mapping, subsurface utility engineering (SUE), or related technical field
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure consistent output across teams
Working knowledge of coordinate systems, RTK/GNSS workflows, and data conversion between CAD and GIS environments
