- Responsible for correcting any issues for homeowners that are listed on their work ticket.
- Ensuring all homes, we enter are left clean of all debris, material etc.
- Ensuring homeowner calls are met in a timely manner
- Complete all work at homeowners’ homes in a neat and workmanlike manner.

- Must be able to work in confined spaces
- Must be able to use hand and power tools for extended periods of time.
- Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits.
- Excellent communication skills including active listening and attentiveness.
- Must be available during the required on-call for after hour emergency service on a rotating schedule with the other service techs.
- Ability to navigate situations with homeowners and deescalate situations with dissatisfies customers by reassuring the homeowner that we are doing the best we can to provide the service needed.
- Must have time management skills, organizational skills, multitasking skills, and detailed oriented.
- Be able to stay focused on task and have the ability to work well under pressure.
- Service-Oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds at times.
- Previous experience in all phases of residential electricity.
- Must have clean driving record.
- Electrical trade knowledge for all aspects of residential electric.
- Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders.
- Ability to read prints and scale to ensure placement of fixtures, receptacles, switches, etc.
