Responding to KYC and tender requests
Supporting subsidiary compliance including working with global advisors on the maintenance of statutory registers and corporate filings.
Ensuring complete records are received from our newly-acquired businesses and properly recorded on Diligent Entities
Maintaining statutory books as well as all company records
Dealing with ad hoc queries from group companies
Assisting with share transactions, including preparing stock transfer forms and maintaining accurate internal records.
Completing statutory filings with Companies House
Assisting with the organisation of Board Meetings and paperwork relating to the approval of company accounts, dividends and director appointments.
