Build and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders; ensure alignment with client goals and evolving needs.
Provide executive-level management of budgets, schedules, resource allocation, and performance metrics across all program elements.
Lead full program lifecycle execution across multiple projects and clients within key sectors (Aviation, K-12, Life Sciences, Mission Critical). With full P&L responsibility.
Coordinate closely with estimating, preconstruction, operations, and safety teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, quality, and innovation.
Direct and mentor project teams, including Project Executives, Project Managers, and field personnel.
Ensure consistency in project delivery, quality standards, risk mitigation, and contract compliance.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, owners, and partners throughout the program duration.
Facilitate high-level meetings, reporting, and decision-making with internal and external stakeholders.

Proven background with a large General Contractor, overseeing teams and programs exceeding $100M in value.
PMP or CCM certification is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field required.
Experience leading large, complex construction programs in Aviation, Education (K-12), Life Sciences, and/or Mission Critical sectors.
12+ years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years in program-level or executive project oversight roles.
Exceptional leadership, client relationship management, and strategic planning skills.
