Refine the guest journey and ensure procedures and standards are consistently delivered
Collaborate effectively within the hotel environment
Maintain a tranquil spa atmosphere that reflects the brand’s promise
Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to enhance the spa offering
Create and execute strategic plans to achieve financial targets across treatments, product sales, and hair appointments
Recruit, train, and develop Spa Therapists to deliver exceptional services

Strong communication skills to liaise professionally with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
Hair or beauty qualifications (desirable but not essential).
Proven experience in the beauty and wellness industry, with operational and supervisory responsibilities.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
Current First Aid Certificate (advantageous).
