• Refine the guest journey and ensure procedures and standards are consistently delivered
• Collaborate effectively within the hotel environment
• Maintain a tranquil spa atmosphere that reflects the brand’s promise
• Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to enhance the spa offering
• Create and execute strategic plans to achieve financial targets across treatments, product sales, and hair appointments
• Recruit, train, and develop Spa Therapists to deliver exceptional services
• Ensure treatments and products remain on-trend and aligned with global wellness and beauty movements
• Implement yield management strategies aligned with business peaks and troughs
• Foster a culture of empowerment, innovation, and community

Requirements

• Strong communication skills to liaise professionally with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
• Hair or beauty qualifications (desirable but not essential).
• Proven experience in the beauty and wellness industry, with operational and supervisory responsibilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Current First Aid Certificate (advantageous).
