Support a major Defence project as In-Service Support Manager, ensuring smooth transition and sustainment of the JIC System. Engage with ADF and industry stakeholders, manage equipment and configuration, and provide expert guidance across acquisition and operational phases

  • Act as the interface between ADF and industry within delegated scope
  • Oversee TDL equipment, SCAs, and manage repair/replacement items
  • Advise the ILS Acquisition Team on transition planning and sustainment readiness
  • Support MILIS to ERP transition and mentor Commonwealth team members
  • Provide configuration management, including CCB preparation and analysis

Due to the nature of the work, you are required to currently hold and maintain a minimum Negative Vetting 1 or higher Security clearance as required by the Commonwealth. In some instances, compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements may also be an inherent requirement.   • Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to influence across ADF and industry
  • Proficiency in MILIS and Configuration Management tools (CMTL)
  • Significant experience in external stakeholder management
  • AQF 6 or higher qualification as relevant to the role
  • Minimum 5 years in ILS, Defence Supply Support, or Sustainment project roles
