Conduct workshops with client, partners and stakeholders to develop project innovation use-cases, roadmap and plan.
Work with project team to develop a score card for assessing each delivery team’s capability and capacity for upskilling to meet innovation and technology adoption as part of the bid evaluation/award process.
Review and enhance tender documents with contract language required to enable adoption of targeted innovation by the delivery teams either via EIR for digital workflows or directly into the engineering/procurement specifications and flow-downs.
Collaborate closely with the Functional Innovation and Information Management teams to leverage standards, integrate best practices and lessons learned, and support the business by sharing project collateral, insights, and feedbackDefine and deploy project dashboards to monitor & track implementation of innovation use-cases and related workflows (e.g., design management and construction management)Establish a structure for communication, stakeholder engagement, mobilization planning, deployment, and measurement of success.Capture lessons learned, best practices and implement improved workflowsProvide input to the Project Execution Plan (PEP) for innovation and digital executionReviews the IS&T Project automation plan to confirm alignment with the innovation roadmap and plans.

Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Computer Science with 13+ years’ experience in delivering large complex AEC projects, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in innovation, digital automation, GIS/BIM/Reality Capture implementation
Knowledge and experience in digital solutions as it relates to design management, construction management work processes and tools, while learning and understanding client environment and unique requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to explain digital transformation and digital solutions and technologies to all levels of the organization.
Experience developing innovation plans and an innovation strategy.Experience with dashboard definition, creation and deployment using PowerBI or similar.
