As the Record‑to‑Report (R2R) Manager, you will ensure timely, accurate, and compliant accounting close and reporting for the GDC, driving optimisation of the close cycle, reconciliation quality, and audit readiness while embedding standardized templates and controls for ERP go‑live.
- Be part of a hub that ensures ERM’s business continuity worldwide.
- Collaborate with colleagues across geographies to support global operations.
- Drive consistency, compliance, and efficiency in core functions.
- Work with digital, automation, and AI‑enabled tools to optimise how ERM operates.
- Work in shifts where required, depending on the role; shift reliance will decrease as automation matures.
- Lead global month‑end close, reconciliations, intercompany accounting and reporting.
- Harmonise the global chart of accounts and close calendars.
- Oversee journal‑entry governance, accruals and balance‑sheet controls.
- Provide documentation to support audit, tax and compliance requirements.
- Implement automation and dashboarding using OneStream and Power Automate.
- Collaborate with Internal Controls and FP&A to ensure accurate, transparent reporting.
- Managed process transitions and recent ERP or consolidation system implementations.
