  • Perform this work in a specific area of a production line in our Prefabrication shop
  • Maintain constant awareness and focus on safe work practices
  • Read, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, and specifications
  • Maintain inventory of product in workstations
  • Assemble or fabricate mechanical parts, pieces, or products using a variety of tools and equipment according to required specifications
  • Work with electrical components like circuit breakers and electrical cabinet utilizing handheld tools like drills and screwdrivers

  • Have a passion for working with your hands and solving problems
  • Be able to read blueprints and work orders
  • Do you enjoy learning new things and solving puzzles and problems?
  • Be able to read/use a tape measure
  • Be willing to commit to consistent, day-to-day on time attendance
  • Possess basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills as well as a normal range of hearing and vision
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred
  • Thrive on learning new things, be highly curious, and be open to direct and honest feedback
  • Possess demonstrated mechanical ability
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills in order to work in a diverse, fast-paced environment
