Proactively working towards gaining the NVQ level 3 qualification by attending the assessment meetings, completing the work set by the assessor and meeting the required targets
Assisting with routine servicing of equipment, including minor repair work and the routine replacement of components and in accordance with approved company procedures as required.
Attending all relevant Training Sessions
Contributing to the Company’s Safety Objectives, where necessary by maintaining/monitoring current safety systems under their direct control and implementing agreed changes (where applicable) to its Safety Management System
Assisting with the rectification of faults on lift equipment in cases of breakdown and check to confirm correct functioning

Key Skills qualifications or international equivalents

Customer service skills
Carrying out fault finding and diagnostic procedures using a range of techniques, technical manuals, and appropriate test equipment, restoring equipment to service. Competence is required to make effective use of written or graphical information.
