Manage tools, materials, and daily job site organization
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of tile and stone installation projects
Ensure top-quality craftsmanship, safety, and project efficiency
Address and resolve on-site issues promptly and professionally
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and layout drawings
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members
Train, coach, and evaluate installers to maintain high performance standards
Supervise and lead ceramic and tile installation crews on job sites
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on your feet for extended periods

We’re seeking a skilled Ceramic Flooring Foreman to lead installation crews within our ceramic and tile division. This position oversees projects involving ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, and specialty tile installations across commercial and industrial job sites. Work occurs throughout the Midwest, with a primary focus in the greater Indianapolis area.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Strong understanding of tile setting materials, layout, and installation techniques
Supervisory or foreman experience leading crews on commercial job sites
Minimum 3+ years of experience in ceramic, porcelain, or stone tile installation
