Commissioning Manager

Description

• Review documentation including FAT/SAT, test scripts, and handover packages.
• Manage contractor performance, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance.
• Support integrated systems testing and final project handover.
• Interface directly with the client, design teams, vendors, and contractors.
• Lead, coordinate and manage all commissioning phases across MEP systems.
• Ensure commissioning milestones are met and report progress to senior stakeholders.
• Develop and oversee commissioning plans, schedules, and methodologies.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, controls, etc.).
• Ability to work client-side and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proven experience as a Commissioning Manager on large-scale data centre or mission-critical projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication and coordination skills.
• Available for a 10-month London-based contract.
